Before God blesses us in an unusual way, He will break us in an unexpected way. Don't get distracted and/or derailed by the bending and the breaking; but know and believe that the blessing is on the other side of the breaking.
We long for the blessing, and we may even know that the breaking is good for us, but are hesitant to admit it, accept it, or even request the breaking, because we are prone to think that the breaking will be more than we can handle. God knows how much you can handle of both the breaking and the blessing. Trust Him with both. The greater breaking, the greater the blessing.
